With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, fully equipped kitchen, utility room with washing machine, small front balcony and full width back sun terrace with lake views, this first floor apartment offers everything a family or two couples could want. It can sleep up to six people, as there is a comfortable double sofabed in the lounge. There is a gated drive with parking for two cars and a private entrance via steps to the apartment and sun terrace.

Being new this season, the apartment has all the facilities you would expect and it is furnished and equipped to a high standard. There is a TV and sound system with plug-ins for Ipod users.

For visitors who prefer spring and autumn seasons, there is full gas central heating and double glazing to keep you warm if the weather turns chilly.
